1. Who we are

This website and the products sold through it are operated by AZVF Comércio de Produtos Agrícolas Ltda ("AZVF COMMERCE", "we", "us"), a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 13.890.517/0001-45, with its office at Av. Norte Sul, 15 – Residencial Primavera, São Luís – MA, 65052-846, Brazil.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

3. Our products

We sell digital products, such as online courses, video programs and e-books in the areas of sports, education, health and wellness. When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use its content for your own personal use, for the access period described on the product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, normally in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), including any applicable taxes indicated there. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your card, bank or e-wallet credentials.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, we send the access instructions to the e-mail address you provided, usually within minutes. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please contact [email protected].

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content (videos, texts, images, materials and brands) belongs to AZVF COMMERCE or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute the content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Your access is personal. Sharing your login or access links, or using the content for any unlawful purpose, may result in the cancellation of your access without refund.

9. Health and safety

Our sports, health and wellness content is for educational and informational purposes and does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Physical activity involves physical effort and a risk of injury. Exercise within your limits, warm up properly and consult a health professional if you have any medical condition. Results depend on each person, and we do not guarantee specific results. Purchases by persons under 18 must be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its update date, is the one in force.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of São Luís, State of Maranhão, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
